You are lying upstairs in bed. It is 3am and you can't sleep. You eventually decide to go downstairs. Having nothing to do, you switch on the TV. All that is on is adverts for weight loss and the news. You decide the news is more exciting than adverts.

"The weather today will be quite bad. There is a storm heading directly for the Sinnoh region, but in Kanto and Johto it promises to be sunny. Over to you, John."

"Thankyou Joanne. Incoming news from the Sinnoh region, there appears to be chaos in all of the Pokémon Centers. All of the computer systems are failing, preventing access of all the technology. Pokémon trying to be healed are supposedly having nightmares. Here's Jackson, live at Sunyshore Pokémon Center."

You jerk up, hearing this. Your heart skips a beat as you remember your partner Pokémon. They were resting in the Pokémon Center overnight, being healed after that tough battle yesterday.

Instantly, you left, heading for the Center.

Can I suggest Dratini first, I forgot to mention this.

Rule #I don't know: Can you start off with the very first evolution? If we didn't, we could all have LV.100 Torterras or something. Your Pokémon must start at level 5 for the first part. (Dragon4Life, you're ok because your bond with your eevee was strong. It just needed to LV up in the night, which you did. Your Pokémon is still LV 5 though)
